ReadIt is a text-to-video generation service that converts your text content into video format with synchronized audio. The service uses third-party text-to-speech providers to generate audio content.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Refund Policy: All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are not available once video generation has been initiated. Credits or time-based currency purchased are non-refundable.
If you experience technical issues or errors during the generation process, please contact us at admin@readit.studio and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We may, at our sole discretion, provide credits or other compensation for verified technical failures.
If you have a dispute regarding a purchase or service issue, please contact us at admin@readit.studio within 30 days of your purchase. We will review your dispute and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
For payment disputes processed through Stripe or other payment processors, you may also contact the payment processor directly according to their dispute resolution procedures.
Terms and Conditions of Promotions: Any promotional offers, discounts, or special pricing are subject to change without notice. Promotional credits or time-based currency purchased during promotions are non-refundable and subject to our standard terms of service.
